Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 17, 2026  ·  ThinkBI / CoreP2P Beta

CoreP2P is currently in beta. These terms govern your use during the beta period and will be updated before general availability. Beta access does not constitute a commercial commitment on either side.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using CoreP2P, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using CoreP2P on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms, and “you” refers to that business.

2. Description of Service

CoreP2P is a software-as-a-service platform operated by ThinkBI that automates accounts-receivable follow-up. On your behalf, it sends invoice payment reminders to your customers by SMS, email, and, where enabled, automated calls that use an AI-generated voice, on a schedule anchored to each invoice's due date. It also provides invoice timelines, customer insights, and payment tracking.

CoreP2P is not an invoicing system, a payment processor, or a collection agency. Payment links in reminders point to the payment page you provide. ThinkBI does not receive, hold, or process payments made by your customers.

3. Beta Program

During the beta period, the service is provided without warranty and may be subject to downtime, data loss, or feature changes without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue the beta, modify features, or change pricing at any time, subject to the notice periods in Section 7. Beta participants acknowledge these conditions by accepting access.

4. Accounts and Access

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, including the owner name and phone number requested during setup.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without their permission.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your Responsibilities for Messages Sent Through CoreP2P

Reminders are sent on your behalf and in connection with your invoices. You are the sender of those messages and are responsible for them. You represent and agree that:

  • Each customer you upload has an existing business relationship with you, and each invoice reflects an amount actually owed to you.
  • Before you upload a phone number or email address, you have obtained every consent the law requires to contact that person by text message, email, and calls using an artificial or prerecorded voice, including prior express consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). AI-generated voices are treated as artificial voices under the TCPA.
  • Invoice data you provide, including amounts, due dates, contact details, and payment links, is accurate. CoreP2P sends reminders based on the data you supply.
  • You will comply with all debt-collection, consumer-protection, privacy, and telemarketing laws that apply to you, including state laws that are stricter than federal law. You will not use CoreP2P to collect debts you do not own or are not authorized to collect.
  • You will honor opt-outs. CoreP2P automatically records STOP replies and email unsubscribes and suppresses that channel. If a customer asks you to stop contacting them through any other channel, you will mark them as opted out. You will not re-add or work around an opt-out.
  • You will not upload protected health information. CoreP2P is not HIPAA-compliant, and ThinkBI does not sign business associate agreements during the beta.

CoreP2P's compliance features, such as quiet-hours scheduling (8 AM to 8 PM in the recipient's local time zone, inferred from their phone number), opt-out handling, and automatic pausing of disputed invoices, help you meet your obligations. They are not legal advice and do not guarantee that your use of the service is compliant.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CoreP2P to:

  • Send communications that violate applicable laws, including the TCPA, the CAN-SPAM Act, or debt-collection laws.
  • Contact individuals who have opted out of communications.
  • Transmit spam, harassment, threats, or fraudulent or misleading communications.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the service.
  • Use the service in any way that could harm or overburden our infrastructure.
  • Process data for which you do not have proper authorization.

7. Free Trial, Subscriptions, and Billing

  • Plans. Each plan includes a limit on the number of open invoices, shown on the CoreP2P pricing page. When you reach your limit, new invoices cannot be added and automated reminders pause until you upgrade or close invoices.
  • Free trial. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial and is collected by Stripe. You will not be charged during the trial.
  • Automatic renewal. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically when the trial ends and your payment method is charged the monthly price of your selected plan. Your subscription then renews automatically every month at the then-current price until you cancel.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing in the app, or by emailing info@thinkbi.io. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after the trial, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change takes effect for your subscription.
  • Annual billing. Annual billing is not yet available. If we offer it later, its terms will be shown to you before you choose it.
  • Refunds. Fees are not refunded for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
  • Lapsed subscriptions. If a payment fails or your subscription is canceled, automated reminders stop and your workspace becomes read-only. You can still view your data and run dry-run simulations, and you can reactivate by subscribing again.

8. Your Data

You retain all rights to your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and support the service. When we process information about your customers, we do so on your behalf and under your instructions. We do not claim ownership of your invoice data, customer records, or business information. You may request an export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@thinkbi.io. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle and retain data.

9. Intellectual Property and Feedback

CoreP2P and its underlying software, design, and content are owned by ThinkBI and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights to the service. If you give us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

10. Third-Party Services

CoreP2P relies on third-party providers, including Sinch and Twilio (SMS), our email delivery provider, Vapi and Bland.ai (automated voice calls), Stripe (billing), Clerk (authentication), and OpenAI (analysis of message text). Delivery of messages depends on carriers and providers outside our control. We do not guarantee that any message will be delivered or delivered at a particular time, or that any customer will pay. ThinkBI is not responsible for third-party service failures or policy changes.

11. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using CoreP2P and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if your use creates legal or security risk for us, our providers, or message recipients, or if a carrier or provider requires it. Where reasonable, we will notify you first. After termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THINKBI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ITS USE WILL RESULT IN ANY PAYMENT BEING COLLECTED.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THINKBI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THINKBI IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ThinkBI from any claims, damages, fines, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from the data you provide, messages sent on your behalf, your failure to obtain required consents, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
